About Camino al Éxito
A community-rooted organization advancing youth opportunity—through family support in Eastern Dutchess County.
Camino al Éxito empowers underrepresented youth to build confidence, leadership, and opportunity—while strengthening families with the support systems that help young people thrive.
We envision a community where every young person feels supported, connected, and prepared for the future—and where families have the resources to help them succeed.
Where Need Meets Opportunity
Camino was created in response to the barriers many underrepresented families face in accessing support, information, and opportunity.
In Eastern Dutchess County, those barriers often include language access, limited culturally responsive services, social isolation, and difficulty navigating systems related to education, wellness, food, and legal support.
Camino exists to bridge those gaps—through trust, cultural connection, and practical support that meets people where they are.
Our Approach
Camino's work is rooted in a youth-centered model.
We focus on helping young people build confidence, skills, support systems, and a clear sense of direction for their future. At the same time, we recognize that youth outcomes are shaped by what's happening at home.
That's why we also provide family-facing support that helps create stability and reduce barriers—so young people can fully engage, grow, and succeed.
This approach allows Camino to invest in youth directly while strengthening the families and community systems that support them.
Why Youth Is Our Core Focus
Youth development is at the center of Camino's mission.
Adolescence is a critical stage when identity, confidence, and future paths begin to take shape. By supporting young people during this time, we help them build the skills, resilience, and direction they need for long-term success.
Our family and community services remain essential—because they reduce barriers and create the stability that allows youth to fully participate and thrive.
“Youth success is inseparable from family stability.”
Camino is led by community-rooted leaders with lived experience and a deep commitment to expanding opportunity, strengthening families, and building lasting impact in Eastern Dutchess County.
