Who We Are
A community-rooted organization centered on youth success
Camino al Éxito is a nonprofit serving underrepresented youth and families in Dutchess County. Our core focus is youth development—supporting middle and high school students during a critical stage when identity, confidence, and future paths begin to take shape.
Through after-school programs, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world learning experiences, young people build the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging they need to thrive.
Because youth don't thrive in isolation, we also support families with the resources they need to create stability at home—so young people can stay engaged, grow, and succeed.

Camino was created to address the real barriers many families face in accessing opportunities, information, and support. Rooted in lived experience and cultural connection, the organization has built trust by showing up consistently for youth and families in ways that are welcoming, practical, and deeply community-centered.

Every dollar you give goes directly to feeding families and empowering teens right here in Dutchess County.
Your $10 provides fresh produce for one family for one week, helping nourish children and adults throughout Dutchess County.
Your $25 feeds a complete family for one full week, including proteins, produce, and pantry staples for meaningful, nutritious meals.
Your $50 sponsors one teen through the full Elevation Program Series, covering materials, workshops, and facilitator support for three months.
Your $100 transforms an entire family for a month, combining food support and teen enrichment to create lasting, generational change in Dutchess County.
All donations go directly to programs serving families and teens in Dutchess County, New York. 100% of donations go to our mission via Zeffy.
