Camino al Éxito is a nonprofit serving underrepresented youth and families in Dutchess County. Our core focus is youth development, supporting middle and high school students during a critical stage when identity, confidence, and future paths begin to take shape.
Through after-school programs, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world learning experiences, young people build the skills, confidence, and sense of belonging they need to thrive.
Because youth don't thrive in isolation, we also support families with the resources they need to create stability at home, so young people can stay engaged, grow, and succeed.

Camino was created to address the real barriers many families face in accessing opportunity, information, and support. Rooted in lived experience and cultural connection, we've built trust by showing up consistently for youth and families in ways that are welcoming, practical, and deeply community-centered.

Our work is built on a simple truth: young people are more likely to thrive when they receive direct support, and when their families have the stability and resources to support them. That's why we invest in youth development while also strengthening the families and community systems around them.
Youth Development
We support middle and high school students through after-school programming, mentorship, leadership development, social-emotional learning, financial literacy, and college and career readiness. Our programs help young people build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and develop a clear path toward their future.
Family Support
To ensure youth can fully participate and succeed, we provide services that reduce barriers for families, including food distribution, form completion services, and translation. When families are supported, young people are better able to thrive.
