On average there are between 11-13 pieces per pound and the sizing averages around 0.75" to 1.25” per stone. Please note: These are just averages and NOT a guarantee. You may receive more or less pieces or have stones bigger or smaller than stated as these are only averages. Our Dolls meet with the mine owners multiple times per year and scrutinize every shipment of stones to ensure they meet the high standards required to be part of the Digging Dolls brand. Pyrite does have some natural pits or voids which are more visible than most other stone types and we want customers to be aware this is not a flaw or defect, but is just how the stones form in the earth that cause this to occur.
